The kasvu.ca website is operated by Kasvu Digital Inc. (“Kasvu”, “we”), a business based in Montreal, Quebec.

3. What We Collect
We collect only the information needed for the purposes described here:
- When you fill out our contact form: your name, your email address, your message, and the need you select.
- When you book a meeting online: the information requested to schedule it, such as your name, your email address, and the time you choose.
- When you browse the site, and only if you consent: browsing data, such as the pages viewed, the type of device, and where your visit came from.
- If you do business with us: the information needed to carry out the engagement and invoice it.
4. Why We Use It
We use your information to:
- respond to your requests and organize our conversations;
- provide our services and follow up on our engagements;
- with your consent, measure the site’s audience and the effectiveness of our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for other purposes without your consent, unless the law permits or requires it.
5. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies used for audience measurement or advertising are enabled only after you consent, in the banner shown on your first visit. Without that consent, they stay disabled.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
9. Security
We take reasonable security measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, and misuse.
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information, as required by law.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always published on this page, with its update date.
