Google Ads agency · Montreal
Google Ads agency in Montreal.
Qualified leads, not just clicks.
Your future customers are already searching Google for your service. We build the campaigns that reach them, the page that convinces them and the tracking that ties every call and every form to its cost. Kasvu was founded by François Painchaud, a Google Ads specialist since 2014. You run your business; we move your campaigns forward.

Already tried Google Ads?
Plenty of clicks. Few customers. No idea why.
The small businesses that call us are usually in one of two situations. New customers aren’t coming in fast enough, or a campaign has already been tried and produced nothing. In the second case, there was often an agency involved. Plenty of firms have set themselves up as Google Ads experts overnight, and many business owners came away burned: a budget spent, an unreadable monthly report, and nobody able to say which searches brought in real customers.
The problem is rarely Google Ads itself. It is almost always the way the account was set up.
What we see most often
When we open a Google Ads account, it’s rarely set up right.
Before proposing anything, we look at the account in place. The same mistakes come up from one business to the next, and each one costs money every month. You can check most of them yourself in about ten minutes.

The ads lead to the homepage.
Sometimes even to a page that no longer exists. Visitors have to hunt for what the ad promised them. Most of them leave.
Check: click your own ads and see where they lead.
- 02
No landing page, or a page that doesn’t get people to call.
A good ad sent to the wrong page is a click you paid for nothing.
Check: does the landing page repeat the ad’s promise, with a phone number and a form in plain sight?
- 03
Conversions set up wrong.
A button click gets counted as a lead, even though nobody called or filled in the form. The reports look good; the sales don’t follow.
Check: in your list of conversions, read what each one actually counts. A call or a submitted form, yes. A page view or a click, no.
- 04
Keywords that spend without ever producing a lead.
For months, sometimes years. Nobody removed them, because nobody was looking.
Check: sort your keywords from the last 90 days by cost and look at the ones with no conversions.
- 05
The Search Partners network turned on by default.
The ads then appear on third-party sites where traffic often converts less well, without the business owner knowing.
Check: in each campaign’s settings, under Networks.
- 06
A poorly planned campaign structure.
Everything is mixed together, so nothing can be improved cleanly. A good rule of thumb: each ad group covers a single service, and its ad leads to that service’s page.
Check: does any ad group mix several services?
- 07
No trackable phone number.
For many service businesses, a large share of leads comes in by phone. Without a dedicated number, those calls are invisible in the reports.
Check: how many calls did Google Ads bring you last month? If nobody can answer, tracking is missing.
None of these problems is fixed by raising the budget. They are fixed by going back to the basics. If you find two or more in your account, that is often where the first conversation with François begins.
What the engagement includes
From the first click to the first call.
One team handles the campaigns, the page and the tracking, then improves them every month based on real leads.
The right searches, not every search.
We choose the keywords that match your offer and your territory, and we exclude the ones that cost money without paying off. The budget goes to searches from buyers.
Keywords · Exclusions · Geographic targetingAds that speak like your customers.
Ad copy, assets, calls straight from the ad: we write, test and keep what produces leads.
Copywriting · Testing · Calls from the adA landing page that gets the phone ringing.
Visitors arrive on a page written for what the ad promises. They understand your offer, why to choose you and how to reach you, without searching. Your website stays in place.
Copywriting · Design · FormsEvery call and every form, tied to its source.
You get a trackable phone number. Conversion tracking is set up in Google Tag Manager following best practices, which is still rare among the small businesses we meet. You know which campaign produced which lead, and at what cost.

Your client portal shows the leads received, the spend and the cost per lead. Our team analyzes the results, adjusts bids, ads and the page, and explains what is changing.

A Montreal agency
An agency that knows your market.
In Montreal, your customers search in French and in English, sometimes both on the same day. Since September 2026, Google no longer lets you choose a campaign’s language on the Search Network: each ad is matched to searches made in its own language.
In practice, an ad written in English is shown to people searching in English, French speakers included, and the reverse. To reach all your customers, you need ads in each language, each with its own page. That is what we build when your customers are bilingual. Campaigns are also limited to the territory you actually serve, no wider.
Example: one business, two ads
One team. A clear engagement.
What happens in the first month.
After that, real data and your feedback on lead quality guide the ads, the page and how the budget is spread, month after month.
- 01
Understand and scope
We learn your offer, your customers and your goals. You receive a clear proposal: the scope, our fees and your media budget, listed separately.
- 02
Your page, in 7 to 10 days
A kickoff meeting aligns our teams. We write and design the landing page; you approve it before it goes live.
- 03
Your campaign live, in about two weeks
For a standard campaign. A larger engagement, with several pages to build for example, takes longer: the proposal says so.
- 04
The first leads
They start coming in within weeks of launch. Your trackable number and your portal are in place: you see every call and every form as soon as it arrives.
Is this the right time?
A good offer deserves more than word of mouth.
We work mostly with service businesses, and also with online stores. They range from three or four employees to about fifty. Google Ads delivers when the offer is clear, the market is searching for it and the team can respond to leads.
- Most new customers come through referrals, and you never know when the next one will arrive.
- You already pay for advertising without seeing clearly what it brings in.
- You want one team for the campaigns, the page and the tracking, one that understands your business.
Our work
Trusted by his network.
Chosen on Google.
Frédéric Lévesque, a business lawyer in Greater Montreal, got his new cases through word of mouth alone. With a Google Ads campaign focused on his practice, a dedicated page and call and form tracking, he receives leads from entrepreneurs and small businesses at an average ad cost of $31 per qualified lead, measured over 12 months. A result specific to his engagement, not a promise.

Frédéric LévesqueBusiness lawyerFrequently asked questions
Costs, timelines, ownership: your questions about a Google Ads agency.
How much does a Google Ads agency in Montreal cost?
Two amounts, always kept separate. Our management fees generally range from $700 to $3,000 per month, depending on the number of campaigns and pages to build. Your ad budget comes on top and is paid directly to Google: plan on at least $1,000 per month, often more depending on the competition in your industry. The proposal states both amounts before you commit, after a free first conversation.
How long before I know whether Google Ads is profitable?
The first leads come in quickly, but a lead is not yet a customer. To know whether Google Ads is profitable for your business, and not just whether it generates leads, plan on three to six months in most cases: the time to see which leads turn into sales, and to adjust accordingly.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, six months. That is the time needed to launch, measure and improve the campaigns based on real data rather than assumptions. Fees are billed monthly.
Why hire an agency instead of managing Google Ads yourself?
Managing it yourself works as long as you have time to exclude bad searches, test ads, build the page and check where calls come from. Most business owners don’t. We take care of all of it and show you, with numbers to back it up, what every dollar produces.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. The account is in your name from the start. If the engagement ends, you keep your campaigns, your history, your access and your data.
Let’s start with your business
Let’s talk about the customers you want to attract.
Tell François about your offer and your goals. You will find out whether Google Ads is the right channel for you, and whether Kasvu is the right partner to get you there. If not, he will tell you. The first conversation comes with no commitment.
